At Urban Wick, we aim to ensure that your custom printed T-shirts reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on our official website urbanwick.in.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Customized T-shirts may require additional processing time, depending on the design complexity and print volume.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and is being processed.
2. Shipping Time and Delivery
The delivery time depends on your shipping location and chosen delivery method.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for most metro cities in India.
For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on select orders or promotional offers, as mentioned on the website.
For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before final payment.
All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.
A link to track your package directly via our delivery partner’s website.

5. Delivery Partners
Urban Wick partners with trusted national courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.
Our delivery partners are authorized to use your provided contact information only to complete delivery.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order:
They will make up to two attempts at the provided address.
After unsuccessful attempts, the product will be returned to us.
Re-shipment may incur additional delivery charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with:
Refuse to accept the package (if visibly damaged), or
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at urbanwickclothing@gmail.com with photos and order details.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Urban Wick delivers only within India.
We are working to expand our service to international customers in the near future.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Urban Wick is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
