At Urban Wick, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality printed T-shirts designed to meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be requested.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at urbanwickclothing@gmail.com with your order ID.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
There is a manufacturing defect, printing issue, or incorrect product delivered.
Non-returnable items:
Customized or personalized T-shirts with your own design or text (unless defective).
Items purchased during clearance or special sales.

Reason for return
Images of the received product (if damaged or incorrect)
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
In case the requested size or design is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for shipping the product back unless the item is defective or wrong.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
